Eligibility
All USBC sanctioned women bowlers who bowl 2/3 of the season in at least one fall St. Paul USBC league are eligible to receive points towards the All-City Teams. These games may be bowled as a regular or a substitute.
Averages
If a bowler bowls in several leagues, only the top two (2) averages shall count for points. Bowlers shall be allowed to place only two times on this list, regardless of how many leagues in which they participate. Averages are to be based on 2/3 of the league’s scheduled games, with both handicap and straightaway league averages (as a regular or substitute) being considered.
Average Points
The top fifteen (15) averages of eligible bowlers in the city shall be given points as follows: 1st – 15pts. 2nd – 14pts. 3rd – 13pts. 4th – 12pts. 5th – 11pts. 6th – 10pts. 7th – 9pts. 8th – 8pts. 9th – 7pts. 10th – 6pts. 11th – 5pts. 12th – 4pts. 13th – 3pts. 14th – 2pts. 15th – 1pts.
Honor Score Points
All USBC sanctioned St. Paul USBC women bowlers shall be credited with points for any of the following bowled in St. Paul league competition regardless of the number of games bowled (as a regular or substitute) and in the tournaments listed in Tournament Points. Bowlers must send proof of tournament Honor Scores.

The women bowler(s) with the Highest Series and/or Highest Game within the association for league play will be awarded an additional 5 points to recognize their accomplishment. If there is a tie for either High Series or High Game, all bowlers tied will be awarded the points.
Tournament Points
USBC sanctioned St. Paul USBC eligible women league bowlers shall be given points based on their scratch (actual) finish in the tournaments below (per published prize list). It is up to the bowler to provide tournament recap sheets that verify honor score points.

* – If an ineligible bowler places on this list, the points are awarded to the next eligible bowler.
Tie Breaker
Tie Breaker for All City Team to determine the top 10 bowlers. If a tie occurs in point totals, the person with the Highest Scratch All Events Score in the St Paul Women’s City Tournament will be awarded the tie. If another tie occurs, the Highest Scratch All Events Score in the Minnesota Women’s State Tournament will be used.
*- The tie breaker will be used if a tie exists for Queen, placement of 1-5 on All City team or 6-10 on Honorable Mention team.
When all information is calculated, an email or letter will be mailed to the top point receivers, listing all the points that she has earned. It will be the bowler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the points. If something has been omitted OR corrections need to be made, the information must be returned within the requested timeframe and include documentation verifying correction.
