Minneapolis 07 08 Men’s All City Team

  • Langer, David J – David aka “Lumpy” Langer is the 2007 – 2008 Mpls. USBC Bowler of the Year! David had the Mpls. Association league High Average of 243 at AMF Maple Lanes. He had 2 – 800 series in Tournaments and 4 – 300 games plus being the highest Mpls. USBC Bowler at Nationals for Singles. He also had the highest average in 2 of his leagues.
  • McNiel, Matt W – had 3 – 800’s series and a 300 game in Minneapolis Recognized Tournaments. He was the highest Minneapolis Male for the MN State Tournament All Events and in the top 10 for MN State Tournament Singles. Matt finished as the 3rd Highest Minneapolis Bowler in the Minneapolis Masters Tournament.
  • Stearns, Brent D – was the 2nd highest Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Open City Tournament for All Events and was in the top 10 for Mn State Tournament Singles and All Events. He also had a top 10 finish for the Minnesota Masters Tournament.
  • Awalt, Keith R – had 1 – 800 series and 1 – 300 game. He was high average in both his leagues. Keith also finished 4th in the MN State Tournament All Events.
  • Fietek, Carl – had 1 – 800 series and 6 – 300 games. He also had a 4th place finish in the Minneapolis City Tournament All Events plus a top 5 finish in the Minneapolis 700 Club tournament. 

Men’s Honorable Mention Team

  • Pohl, Scott A – had 1 – 800 series and was top Minneapolis Bowler at the USBC National Tournament in New Mexico for All Events. He also had top 10 finishes in the Mn State Tournament All Events and Minnesota Masters Tournament.
  • Barnhouse, Jason M – had 2 – 300 games, and top 5 finishes in the Minneapolis City Tournament AE and Singles Events.
  • Lantto, Sam – had 1 – 300 game and was the highest Minneapolis finisher in the Minneapolis City Tournament Singles Event and won the MN Masters Tournament.
  • Peterson, Acay A – was high average in one of his leagues and 2nd high average in another league. Acay also had a top 5 finish in the Minneapolis City Tournament Singles Event.
  • Coolidge, Keith R – had high average in both his leagues, 2 – 300 games and a top 5 finish in the Minneapolis Masters Tournament.

Minneapolis 07-08 Women’s All City Team

  • Noor, Lisa – highest Minneapolis woman at the USBC National Tournament in Detroit, MI for All Events and Singles. She had 6 – 700 series for the 2007 – 2008 season. Lisa won the Minneapolis/St. Paul Queens tournament held at Texa Tonka Lanes. She was the 3rd highest Minneapolis bowler in the State Scratch All Events, 2nd highest in Minneapolis City All Events and 3rd highest in Minneapolis City Singles.
  • Patnode, Julie – had the highest Minneapolis Average of 223 for the season, 8 – 700’s, 4th place finish for Mpls. Women’s City All Events, 3rd place Mpls. finisher for the St. Paul/Mpls. Queens tournament, and the Scratch 600 Tournament Champion.
  • Murman, Michelle – had 3 – 700’s, 1 – 300 game, 2nd place Minneapolis woman at the USBC National Tournament in Detroit, MI for National All Events, 2nd highest Mpls. Woman for the Women’s State Singles, 4th highest Minneapolis Woman for State All Events.
  • Geister, Kris – had 4 – 700’s and was in the top 10 Minneapolis Women finishers in the Minneapolis Women’s City Tournament Singles, All Events, Mn State Women’s All Events, St. Paul/Minneapolis Queens Tournament and the top Minneapolis Woman in the Mpls. 700 Tournament.
  • Lantto, Deb – had 5 – 700’s and was in the top 5 for Minneapolis Women finishers in the Minneapolis Women’s City All Events and Mn State Women’s All Events.

  • Wirth, Kim – had 2 – 700’s, was in the top 10 for Minneapolis Women in the Mn State Women’s Singles, 2nd for Mn State Women’s All Events, top 10 for St. Paul/Minneapolis Queens and in the top 5 for Minneapolis 700 Tournament.
  • Sanders, Erica – had 1 – 700 series, was in the top 10 Minneapolis Women in the Minneapolis Women’s City Tournament Singles and the highest finisher in the Mn State Women’s All Events.
  • Marget, Diane – had 2 – 700 series, 1 – 300 game, was in the top 5 for Minneapolis Women’s City All Events and Singles, top 10 for MN Women’s State All Events, and top 10 for St. Paul / Minneapolis Queens tournament and top 5 in the Minneapolis 700 Tournament.
  • Carlson, Sharon – had the highest series (796) in the Minneapolis Association for the women and a total of 3 – 700 Series. She was the highest Minneapolis All Events.
  • Peterson, Katie M – had 3 – 700 series, was in the top 10 for Mn State Women’s All Events and Singles Events plus the St. Paul/Minneapolis Queens Tournament.

Lisa Noor Lisa Noor – is our two (2) time winner of the Minneapolis USBC Association Women’s Bowler of the Year! She was the highest Minneapolis woman at the USBC National Tournament in Detroit for All Events and Singles. She had 6 – 700 series for the 2007- 08 season. She also won the Minneapolis/St. Paul Queens tournament. She was the 3rd highest in Minneapolis City Singles.

2009-2010

Minneapolis 09 10 Men’s All City Team

David Langer: David was high average in both of his leagues. He had 1 ‐ 800 in league play and 1 ‐ 300 in league play. In the Minneapolis City Open Tournament, he finished 5th in All Events and 5th in Singles. Dave had top 10 finishes in the Minneapolis Masters and Minnesota Masters and made the first cut at the National Masters tournament.

John Kreyer, Jr.: John was 2nd high average in his league, by a mere percentage point. He had 1 – 800 in tournament play. In the Minneapolis City Open Tournament, he finished 1st in All Event and 2nd in Singles. John won the Minneapolis Masters tournament and finished among the top 10 bowlers at the Minnesota Masters. He placed  

John Eiss: John was high average in both of his leagues. He had 1 ‐ 800 in league play. In the Minnesota State Open Tournament he placed 3rd among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events, and 1st in Singles. John placed 4th among Minneapolis bowlers (12th overall) for All Events at the National Open tournament

Matt McNiel: Matt had the 3rd high average in his league. He shot 3 – 300’s in league play and 1 – 800 in league play. He finished 6th in All Events at the Minneapolis City Open Tournament, and in the top 10 at the Minnesota Masters tournament. Matt won a National Championship and set a new scoring record by finishing in 1st place for All Events at the USBC National Open tournament, and finished 1st among Minneapolis bowlers (5th overall) in the Singles event at the USBC Open.

Sam Lantto: Sam had high average in one league and third high average in another. He rolled 1 – 300 game in league play. Sam finished in the top 10 at State Tournament in the Singles event, and in the top 10 at the Minnesota Masters tournament. He finished 3rd among Minneapolis bowlers (6th overall) at the National USBC Open Tournament in All Events and 2nd among Minneapolis bowlers in the Singles event.

Men’s Honorable Mention Team

Carl Fietek: Not only did Carl have the highest average in two of his leagues, he had the highest average in Minneapolis at 238 for 120 games. He shot 4 – 300’s in league play and had 3 – 800’s in league. Carl placed in the top 10 at the Minneapolis Masters tournament and finished first among Minneapolis bowlers at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.  

Luke Voaklander: Luke had the 2nd highest average in his league. He finished 2nd among Minneapolis bowlers at the State Open tournament in All Events, and in the top 10 for the Singles event. Luke was the 5th highest Minneapolis bowler at the USBC National Open tournament for All Events.

John Hommes: John finished 1st in average in one league and in the top 5 in another. He bowled 1 – 300 game and 2 – 800 series in league play. He finished in the top 10 in both the State Open All Events and the State Open Singles tournament. John also was one of the top bowlers in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Keith Awalt: Keith had the top average in both of his leagues. He bowled 2 – 300 games in league play and had 3 – 800 series. Keith finished in the top 10 in the Minneapolis City Open tournament All Events.

Brian Crane: Brian finished 2nd in average in his league. He bowled 1 – 300 and 2 – 800 series in league. He finished 2nd among Minneapolis bowlers at the Minneapolis Open City Tournament in All Events, and 1st in the Singles event.

Minneapolis 2009‐2010 Women’s All City Team

Kim Wirth: Kim had the high average in one of her leagues and was 2nd in the other. She bowled 3 ‐ 700 series in tournaments, two in the Minnesota State Tournament and one at Nationals. She also bowled a 700 series in the PBA Experience league. Kim placed 1st among Minneapolis bowlers (4th overall) at the National Tournament in the Singles event, and 1st among Minneapolis bowlers (79th overall) at Nationals in All Events. She also finished in the top 5 at the Minneapolis 700 Tournament, 1st among Minneapolis bowlers at the State Tournament, Singles event; 1st among Minneapolis bowlers at the State Tournament, All Events, 5th among Minneapolis bowlers at City Tournament, All Events, and in the top 10 at City Tournament for Singles. Kim also had top ten finishes at the Minnesota Queens qualifier and the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Deb Lantto: Deb was high average in both of her leagues, and holds the high average for Minneapolis at 223. Deb also bowled the high series for Minneapolis with her 802 series at Texa‐Tonka Lanes. Additionally, she bowled 16 – 700 series. Deb placed 1st at the Minneapolis City Tournament in All Events and Singles. She placed in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers at the State Tournament in both All Events and Singles.

Lisa Noor: Lisa had the high average in both of her leagues. She bowled had 9 – 700s, three of those were in tournament competition and one was in a Sport league. She placed in the top 10 in both All Events and Singles at the Minneapolis City Tournament, and also in All Events at the State Tournament. Lisa won the Minnesota Queens Qualifier, and made the first cut at the National Queens Tournament.

Michelle Murman: Michelle had the high average in both of her leagues. She rolled one 700 series, at the National tournament in Team event. She finished in the top 5 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Event and Singles at the Minneapolis City tournament, and finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament. Michelle also finished among the top bowlers at the Minnesota Queens Qualifier and in the Minneapolis 600 Tournament.

Kris Geister: Kris finished 2nd in average in one of her leagues and 3rd in the other. She finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the Minneapolis City Tournament, in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament. Kris was one of the top 5 bowlers at the Minnesota Queens Qualifier, and also finished among the top bowlers at the Minneapolis 600 tournament.

Women’s Honorable Mention Team

Sharon Carlson: Sharon finished 2nd in average in both of her leagues. She rolled 6 ‐ 700 series in leagues and one in a tournament. Sharon finished in the top 5 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the Minneapolis City Tournament, and was the top bowler at the Minneapolis 600 tournament.

Diane Marget: Diane had the highest average in her league. She bowled 3 – 700 series in league and one in a tournament. Diane finished in the top 5 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament, and was one of the top 5 bowlers at the Minnesota Queens Qualifier.

Jean Springer: Jean had the top average in both of her leagues. She bowled one 700 series, and finished among the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament.

Michelle Dickie: Michelle finished 2nd in average in her league. She bowled one 700 series in league and one 700 series at the National Tournament. Michelle was the 2nd highest Minneapolis bowler in All Event at the National Tournament. She was also among the top bowlers at the Minnesota Queens Qualifier and the Minneapolis 600 Tournament.

Deb Hofmann: Deb finished 2nd in average in her league. She bowled one 300 game and 3 – 700 series in league. Deb finished in the top 10 bowlers in All Events and Singles at the Minneapolis City Tournament and was one of the top bowlers in the Minneapolis 700 Tournament.

“Bowler of the Year” 2010 – 2011
Lisa Noor
Lisa held the women’s high average in 2 of her leagues. She rolled 1- 700 series in the Women’s city tournament, 2 700 series in her sport leagues, and 3 – 700s in her regular leagues. She placed first in the Minneapolis City Tournament for All Events, and 6th in Singles. She also placed 7th in the Minnesota State Women’s tournament Singles event, and 3rd in the National USBC Women’s tournament Singles event. Lisa placed 5th in the Local Queen’s qualifying tournament. This is the 4th time in five years that Lisa has been named Bowler of the Year.

“Bowler of the Year” 2010-2011
Matthew McNiel
Matt held the high average in his league, which was also the high average for the Minneapolis Association. At 252. He bowled 1 300 sport game and 1 800 sport series at the National USBC Open tournament. He had 6 – 300’s in league play along with 5 – 800 series. Matt placed first in the National USBC Open tournament for All Events. Matt finished 4th in the Minneapolis Masters Tournament and he placed 4th in the Minnesota Masters tournament. Matt made the cut at the National Masters tournament. This is the second time Matt has been our Bowler of the Year for men.

Lisa Noor

The Bowler of the Year for 2011-2012 for Women is Lisa Noor. Lisa had the highest women’s average in 2 of her leagues. She placed first in All Events in the Minneapolis Women’s City Tournament and placed 2nd in the Singles event. She tied for 7th place in the MN Women’s State tournament in All-Events. Lisa placed 3rd in All-Events among Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s National tournament, and placed 2nd in Singles event. She also won the local Queen’s tournament qualifier, and was the top Minneapolis bowler at the National Queen’s tournament.

Matt McNiel

The Bowler of the Year for 2011-2012 for Men is Matt McNiel. Matt had the highest averagein 2 of his leagues, and the highest average in Minneapolis at 253. Matt also had the highest series shot in Minneapolis, 868. Matt placed 2nd among Minneapolis bowlers in All-Events at the MN State tournament, and placed 1st in Singles. He was the top Minneapolis bowler at the National Open tournament in All-Events. Matt placed 6th at the Minneapolis Masters qualifier, and was the top Minneapolis finisher at the National Masters tournament. He also shot 10 series over 800, and 12, 300 games during the 2011-2012 season.

Minneapolis 2012-2013 Women’s All City Team

Ryan Oswood:
Ryan finished 2nd in average in one of her leagues at 208 and 3rd in other at 217.  She placed 3rd in All Events and 2nd in Singles at the Minneapolis Women’s City tournament and won both the Women’s State Tournament All Events and Singles! Ryan placed first among Minneapolis bowlers in both All Event and Singles at the Women’s National tournament.  She was a top 10 finisher in the Minneapolis Queens tournament and the Minneapolis 600 tournament.  Ryan bowled 4 – 700 series in tournaments, 8 – 700 series in league and 2 – 300 games in league.

Lisa Noor:
Lisa had the top average in two of her leagues, finishing with a 217 average in one and a 200 Sport average for 124 games in the other.  She finished 3rd in Singles at the City Tournament, 2nd in Singles at the State Tournament and 4th in All Events at State.  Lisa placed 2nd among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at Nationals and 5th in Singles.  She finished 5th at the Minneapolis Queens and 2nd for women at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.  Lisa bowled 2 – 700 series in tournaments, 2 – 700 series in league and 1 – 300 game in a tournament.

Amber Gehrke:
Amber had the high average in one of her leagues at 220 for 87 games, and finished in the top 5 in another league at 218.  She won the Singles event at City tournament and tied for 4th in All Events.  She also had a top 10 finish at the State Tournament in All Events.  Amber was the top Minneapolis bowler at the Queens tournament and was the top finisher among women at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.  She also placed in the top 5 at the Minneapolis 600 tournament.  Amber bowled 2 – 800 series in league play, 2 – 700 series in tournaments, 6 – 700 series in league play, and 2 – 300 games in league.

Dawn King:
Dawn had the high average in her league at 198 for 87 games.  She finished 2nd for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State Tournament, 3rd for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at Nationals and 4th in Singles.  Dawn bowled 1 – 700 series in league play.

Diane Marget:
Diane had the high average in her league at 199 for 72 games.  She finished 5th in Singles at City tournament and tied for 4th in All Events.   Diane placed 6th among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at State and finished in the top 10 in the Singles event. She bowled 1 – 700 series in a tournament play.

Minneapolis 2012-2013 Men’s All City Team

Dave Langer:
Dave had the highest average in his league, averaging 233 for 93 games.  He was the top Minneapolis bowler at the State Open tournament in All-Events and in the Singles event.  Dave placed 5th at the Minneapolis Masters qualifier and 5th among Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.  He bowled 2 – 800 series during the season and 2 – 300 games.

Clark Poelzer:
Clark finished first among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament – not bad for a Super Senior! He also finished 3rd for Minneapolis bowlers at the State Open tournament in All Events and 5th in Singles  Clark took 3rd place for Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament and bowled one 300 game during the season.

Matt Paine:
Matt had the highest average in two of his leagues, averaging 242 in one league and 231 in another. He won the Minneapolis Masters tournament and finished first among Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.  Matt bowled 4 – 800 series (one being an 857) and bowled 4 – 300 games.

John Eiss:
John finished the season with a high average of 217 in one league and a 210.33 Sport average for 128 games in another league..  He finished 5th for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament and 5th in Singles. John finished 10th among Minneapolis bowlers at State Tournament in Singles.

Carl Poelzer:
Carl finished 2nd for Minneapolis bowlers at the State Tournament in All Events and 3rd in Singles.  He was the top Minneapolis finisher in Singles at the National Tournament and placed 4rd among Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.

Minneapolis 2013-2014 Women’s All City Team

Lisa Noor:
Lisa finished with the top average in two of her leagues at Country Club Lanes, one of them a 221 for 93 games and the other at 204 for 116 games in the Sport league.  She bowled one 700 series in Minneapolis.  Lisa finished second among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament and first in Singles.  She placed first in All Events at the State Tournament and 3rd in Singles.  She was also the top Minneapolis bowler at the Women’s National tournament in both All Events and Singles and finished in the top five at both the Minneapolis Queens tournament and the Minneapolis 700 tournament.  Congratulations, Lisa, on being Bowler of the Year for the 2013-2014 season!

Amber Gehrke:
Amber bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing first with a 214 average for 87 games at Elsie’s Lanes and second with a 229 average for 128 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. She rolled 21 700 series in Minneapolis, and two 300 games.  Amber finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the City Tournament, finished second in All Event and Singles at the State Tournament, and finished 3rd among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the Women’s National tournament .  She won both the Minneapolis Queens tournament and the Minneapolis 600 tournament.

Deb Lantto:
Deb bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing second in average in one and third in the other.  Both leagues were at Texa-Tonka Lanes and she finished with a 227 average for 120 games in one and a 225 average for 93 games in the other.  Deb had the highest series in Minneapolis, an 828.  She also rolled 19 700 series.  Deb finished 3rd among Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the City Tournament, and finished in the top five women bowlers in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Kris Geister:
Kris bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing 2nd high in one and 3rd in the other.  She averaged 192 in the Sport league at Country Club Lanes for 68 games, and 219 for 75 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  Kris rolled seven 700 series and two 300 games.  She finished in the top five Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s City tournament for All Events and in the top ten for Singles.  Kris was the runner-up at the Minneapolis Queen’s tournament and had top five finishes at both the Minneapolis 600 and Minneapolis 700 tournaments.

Kayla Stram:
Kayla had the high average in the city, a 233 for 84 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She also averaged 228 for 96 games in another league at Texa-Tonka.  Kayla rolled 25 700 series and two 300 games in Minneapolis during the season.  She finished in the top 10 in the Minneapolis Queens tournament.

Women’s Honorable Mention Team

Sharon Carlson:
Sharon bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing first in her league at New Hope Bowl with a 211 average for 75 games, and fifth in her Texa-Tonka league with a 222 average for 92 games.  She bowled six 700 series during the season.  Sharon finished fifth for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament and finished second in All Events at the Women’s National tournament.

Julie Patnode:
Julie bowled one Minneapolis league and finished fourth in average with a 224 for 116 games at Texa-Tonka lanes.  She bowled one 800 series and seven 700s.  Julie had the highest All Events total for Minneapolis bowlers in the City Tournament and had a fourth place finish in Singles.  Julie finished 3rd at the Minneapolis Queens tournament.

Stacy Light:
Stacy bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing with the top average in each one.  She averaged 205 for 60 games at Southtown and 196 for 78 games at Brunswick Zone.  Stacy rolled one 700 series in Minneapolis and tied for the top woman finisher in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Jeannie Riehm:
Jeannie bowled two leagues in Minneapolis at Brunswick Zone – Lakeville, and had the top average in them both.  She averaged 201 for 63 games in one league and 194 for 68 games in the other.  Jeannie bowled one 700 series and finished sixth for Minneapolis women in the Singles event at the State tournament.

Jamie Ausmus:
Jamie bowled two leagues in Minneapolis at Classic Bowl and finished with the highest average in both of them.  She averaged 196 for 90 games in one league and 192 for 82 games in the other.  Jamie rolled one 700 series and finished in the top 10 for Minneapolis women in the Singles event at the State tournament.

Minneapolis 2013-2014 Men’s All City Team

Sam Lantto:
Sam held the highest average in both of his leagues, as well as the highest average in the city with a 250 for 87 games in the Thursday Night handicapleague at Texa-Tonka lanes and a 216 for 100 games in the Sport league at Country Club Lanes.  He bowled 5-800 series’ in Minneapolis during the season, with an 848 being the highest.  Sam also bowled 4-300 games in Minneapolis during the season, one of which was Sport-Certified. He finished in 2nd for All Events in the Minneapolis City Tournament and 8th place in Singles.  Sam won the Minneapolis Masters qualifier and finished 2nd at the Minnesota Masters qualifier.  Additionally, Sam was recently inducted into the USBC National Hall of Fame for Superior Performance.  Congratulations, Sam, for being the Bowler of the Year in Minneapolis for 2013-2014!

Carl Poelzer:
Carl rolled one 300 game in Minneapolis leagues and finished well at both the Minneapolis City and Minnesota State tournaments, as well as the Minnesota Masters qualifier.  However, his performance at the National USBC tournament capped off his year as he was the highest scoring Minneapolis bowler in All Events and captured an Eagle with his dad, Clark, in the USBC Nationals Doubles event.

Matt Paine:
Matt bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the highest average in one of them, a 241 for 78 games at Elsie’s Lanes.  He finished second in his other league, averaging 242 for 116 games at Texa-Tonka.  Matt rolled three 800 series and four 300 games in Minneapolis during the season. He was the third highest Minneapolis bowler at the State tournament in All Events, and also finished well at the Minnesota Masters qualifier and the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Dave Langer:
Dave finished with the highest average in his league at New Hope Bowl with a 233 for 81 games.  He rolled two 300 games in Minneapolis and placed first among Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the City Tournament. Dave finished second among Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Masters qualifier.

Scot Arndtson:
Scot bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing second in average with a 227 for 72 games at New Hope Bowl and third at Texa-Tonka with a 239 average for 96 games.  He bowled two 800 series in Minneapolis during the season and three 300 games.  Scot bowled well at the Minnesota State tournament, finishing second in All Events for Minneapolis bowlers and fourth in Singles.

Men’s Honorable Mention Team

Carl Fietek:
Carl bowled two Minneapolis leagues at Texa-Tonka lanes, finishing with the top average of 242 for 128 games in one of them, and second in his other league with a 241 average for 96 games.  He bowled four 800 series in Minneapolis and seven 300 games. He finished sixth in All Events for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minnesota State Tournament.

Keith Coolidge:
Keith bowled in two Minneapolis leagues at Blainbrook Bowl.  He had the top average in both of them, finishing with a 234 for 93 games in one and a 230 average for 85 games in the other.  Keith rolled five 800 series and seven 300 games in Minneapolis during the season. He finished second at the Minneapolis 700 tournament, bowling one of his 300 games during the competition.

Michael Upton:
Michaelhad the top average in his league at Apple Place, finishing with a 229 for 75 games.  He bowled one 800 series during the season. Michael was the highest finishing Minneapolis bowler at the Minnesota State tournament in All Events and also finished well in Singles.

Luke Voaklander:
Luke bowled one Minneapolis league, finishing with the top average of 213 for 75 games at Country Club Lanes.  He finished third among Minneapolis bowlers at the City tournament in both All Events and Singles.

Kris Stevens:
Kris had the highest average in one of his two leagues, a 222 for 81 games at Brunswick Zone. He also had the third highest average in his other league, finishing with a 236 for 84 games.  Krisbowled two 800 series in Minneapolis, one of which was the highest in the city, an 878.  He also rolled four 300 games in Minneapolis.  Kris was the highest finishing Minneapolis bowler at the Minnesota Masters qualifier.

John Eiss:
John bowled two Minneapolis leagues, both at Country Club Lanes.  He finished with the high average of 222 for 91 games in one of them, and the second highest average in the Sport league, a 215 for 124 games.  John rolled one 300 game in Minneapolis and finished fifth in All Events at the Minneapolis City Tournament.

Lisa Noor:
Lisa finished the season with the top average in two of her leagues at Country Club Lanes, one of them a 213 for 81 games and the other at 209 for 90 games in the Sport league.  She bowled two 700 series in Minneapolis tournaments, one of which was a 799 set.  Lisa finished first among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the Women’s City Tournament and finished in the top 10 in the Singles event.  She placed third for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State Tournament and 1st  in Singles.  She placed second for Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s National tournament in All Events.  Congratulations, Lisa, on being Bowler of the Year for the 2014-2015 season!

Sharon Carlson:
Sharon bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing second in average in both of them.  She averaged 222 for 88 games at Texa-Tonka and 197.14 for 87 games at New Hope.  She bowled four 700 series during the season with her highest being a 752 set.  Sharon finished fourth for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament and finished in the top 10 for Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State tournament.  She was the highest Minnesota bowler in both All Events and Singles at the Women’s National tournament and was the third highest woman bowler in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Amber Gehrke:
Amber bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the highest average in each of them.  She averaged 223 for 120 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes and averaged 222 for 87 games at Elsie’s Lanes.  Her 223 average was the highest Minneapolis women’s average in the 2014-2015 season.  Amber rolled 5 700 series in Minneapolis and one 800, an 802 set.  She also bowled two 300 games.  Amber finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in Singles at the City Tournament, was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events and was fourth in Singles at the State Tournament, and was the top woman in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Kris Geister:
Kris bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the second highest average at Texa-Tonka lanes at 221.69 for 78 games and the highest average at New Hope with a 197.76 for 72 games.  Kris rolled one 300 game and had seven 700 series with the highest being a 794 set.  She finished second among Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s City tournament for Singles and was in the top five Minneapolis bowlers in both All Event and Singles at the Women’s State tournament.  Kris finished third for Minneapolis bowlers at the Minneapolis Queen’s tournament.

Kayla Stram:
Kayla bowled in one Minneapolis league and averaged 217 for 90 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.    Kayla rolled 9 700 series in Minneapolis during the season.  She finished in the top 10 in All Events in the Minneapolis City Tournament and was first for all Minneapolis bowlers in the Singles event.  Kayla was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Women’s State Tournament and finished in the top ten in the Singles event.  She was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Queens tournament.

Women’s Honorable Mention Team

Ryan Oswood:
Ryan bowled two leagues in Minneapolis and was the top woman in her league at Southtown, finishing with an average of 214 for 63 games.  She rolled one 700 series in a tournament and four in league play. Ryan finished in the top ten in All Events at the Women’s City Tournament and was among the top finishers for Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s State tournament in both All Events and Singles.  She was fourth for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Queens tournament.

Julie Patnode:
Julie bowled one Minneapolis league and finished fifth in average with a 217.65 for 112 games at Texa-Tonka lanes.  She bowled the highest series in the city, an 822.  Julie also shot three 700s; a 756, a 770 and a 791.  Julie placed second in All Events for Minneapolis bowlers in the City Tournament and had a fourth place finish in Singles.  Julie finished in the top ten for All Events at the State Tournament and was the second highest woman bowler in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Debra Hofmann:
Deb bowled one league in Minneapolis at New Hope and averaged 199 for 81 games. She had one 700 series, a 743.  Deb finished in the top five in both All Events and Singles in the Women’s City Tournament and finished in the top ten in All Events at the State Tournament. She was the top finishing Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Queens Tournament.

Michelle Lepouce:
Michelle averaged 205 for 84 games at Tuttle’s Lanes.   She was among the top ten Minneapolis bowlers in All Events for both the Minneapolis City Tournament and the State Tournament.  Michelle finished fifth for Minneapolis bowlers at the Minneapolis Queen’s Tournament and was the top finisher in the Minneapolis 600 tournament.

Deb Lantto:
Deb bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing first in average in one and second in the other.  Both leagues were at Texa-Tonka Lanes and she averaged 222.09 for 88 games in one and 221.97 for 96 games in the other.  Deb rolled 13 700 series; the highest was a 769.  Deb finished eighth among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and third for Singles at the City Tournament.

Minneapolis 2014-2015 Men’s All City Team

Matt Paine:
Matt bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the highest average in one of them, a 242 for 87 games at Elsie’s Lanes and coming in second in his other league, averaging 243.03 for 124 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  Matt rolled seven 800 series and seven 300 games in Minneapolis during the season. His highest series was an 855.  He was the third highest Minneapolis bowler at the Minneapolis Masters tournament and finished in the top ten Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.  Matt also won the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

David Bohn:
David bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing 2nd in average at Elsie’s Lanes with a 233 for 93 games and coming in 3rd in average at Texa-Tonka Lanes with a 236 for 128 games.  He rolled five 800 series, with the highest being an 834 (twice).  David also had one 300 game this season.  He won the Minneapolis City tournament in All Events, and finished in the top ten Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.

Brent Neumann:
Brent bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average in one of them, a 232 for 78 games at Medina Lanes. He had the second highest average in his other league, also at Medina, a 227 for 81 games.  Brent bowled one 300 game and one 800 series, an 805. He finished fourth for Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament.

Daron Hansen:
Daron bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing second in average with a 246 for 84 games at Texa-Tonka. He bowled three 300 games and five 800 series in Minneapolis during the season.  His highest series was an 848.  Daron bowled well at the Minneapolis City tournament, finishing second in All Events for Minneapolis bowlers and third in Singles.

Dave Langer:
Dave finished with the highest average in his league at New Hope Bowl with a 233 for 90 games.  He rolled two 300 games in Minneapolis and placed third among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and fifth in Singles at the State Tournament. Dave also finished third among Minneapolis bowlers in the Minnesota Masters tournament.

Men’s Honorable Mention Team

Ryan Burr:
Ryan bowled in one Minneapolis league, averaging 225 for 116 games at Texa-Tonka lanes.  He finished fifth among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament, second in All Events at the State Tournament with a top ten finish in Singles and fifth for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Masters tournament.

David Lutz:
Dave bowled in one Minneapolis leagues, averaging 227 for 112 games at Texa-Tonka lanes.  He bowled four 300 games, three of which were in tournament competition.   Dave had top five finishes in both All Events and Singles at the City Tournament, finished among the top ten Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament and was second in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Joseph Stone:
Joseph bowled one Minneapolis league, finishing with the top average of 226 for 90 games at Super Bowl.  He finished third among Minneapolis bowlers at the City tournament in All Events and second in Singles.

Carl Fietek:
Carl bowled two Minneapolis leagues at Texa-Tonka lanes, finishing with the top average of 247 for 90 games in one and averaging 243.53 for 116 games in his other league.  He bowled two 300 games in Minneapolis and eight 800 series; his highest was an 868 set.

John bowled two Minneapolis leagues, both at River City Lanes.  He finished with the high average of 241 for 78 games in one of them, and the second highest average in the other, a 234 for 81 games.  John rolled nine 300 games and six 800 series; his highest was an 835 set.

2015-2016

Minneapolis 2015-2016 Women’s All City Team

Lisa Noor:
Lisa finished the season with the top average in two of her leagues at Country Club Lanes ending with a 210 average for 87 games.  Lisa finished fifth among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the Women’s City Tournament and was in the top 10 in the Singles event.  She placed in the top 10 for Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament.Lisa was the top Minneapolis bowler at the Women’s National tournament in All Events and was 3rd in Singles.  She also was fourth in the Minneapolis Queens tournament and 3rd in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Trista Kimmes:
Trista bowled one league in Minneapolis, finishing with a 221 average for 66 games at AMF Southtown Bowl.  She was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events at both the City Tournament and the State tournament; finishing 3rd in Singles at the City tournament and in the top 10 in Singles at the State tournament.  Trista also was second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the Women’s National tournament.

Michelle Lepouce:
Michelle bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with a 221average for 96 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. She finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles in the City Tournament, finished in 3rd for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State tournament and 2nd in Singles.  Michelle was the 4th highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Women’s National tournament and was 2nd in Singles.

Lisa Nadeau:
Lisa bowled two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the highest average in Minneapolis, a 227 for 128 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. She rolled one 300 game, two 800 series and had nineteen 700 series.  Lisa finished fourth among Minneapolis bowlers at the Women’s State tournament in All Events and was in the top 10 for Singles.  Lisa also finished in the top 10 for Minneapolis bowlers at the Minneapolis Queen’s tournament.

Amber Gehrke:
Amber bowled in two Minneapolis leagues and averaged 224for 108 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.   She rolled one 300 game, one 800 series and seven 700 series in Minneapolis during the season.  Amberfinished fifth in All Events at the Women’s State Tournament and was the top Minneapolis bowler in the Singles event. She was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Queens tournament and the Minneapolis 600 tournament.

Women’s Honorable Mention Team

Kris Geister:
Kris bowled in one league in Minneapolis, averaging 221 for 87 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She rolled eight 700 series in league play. Kris finished fourth in All Events at the Women’s City Tournament and was the top Minneapolis bowler in the Singles event.  She finished in the top 10 at the Women’s State tournament in both All Events and Singles.  Kris was fifth for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Queens tournament, was the top finisher at the Minneapolis 600 tournament and placed 5th at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Kayla Pashina:
Kayla bowled two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a very consistent 219 average in both leagues.  She also bowled the highest series in the city, an 833.  Kayla shot one 300 and 13 700 series in league and one 300, one 700 and one 800 series in tournament play.  She finished in the top ten for All Events at the State Tournament, was the top finisher in the Minneapolis Queen’s tournament and the second highest woman bowler in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Dawn King:
Dawn bowled one league in Minneapolis and averaged 193 for 81 games at Ham Lake Lanes. She had one 700 series.  Dawn finished third for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and fourth in Singles in the Women’s City Tournament and finished third among Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Queens Tournament.

Marianna Russell:
Marianna bowled one Minneapolis league, averaging 215 for 78 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.   She bowled one 300 game.  Marianna was second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events in the Minneapolis City Tournament and finished in the top 10 in the Singles event.  Marianna finished fourth for Minneapolis bowlers in the Singles event at the State Tournament.

Ryan Oswood:
Ryan bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing with a 217 average for 92 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She finished in the top 10 among Minneapolis bowlers in the Singles event at the Women’s City Tournament.  Ryan was the 3rd highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Women’s National Tournament and was the highest Minneapolis woman bowler in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Minneapolis 2015-2016 Men’s All City Team

Erik Vermilyea:
Erik bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with a 247 average for 63 games at Texa-Tonka lanes. He bowled three 800 series, one 300 game in league and one 300 game in the Minneapolis City Tournament. Erik was the highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Minneapolis City tournament and the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the Singles event.  Erik was the highest Minneapolis bowler in the Singles event at the State tournament and the third highest in the State All Events.  He was also the third highest Minneapolis bowler at the USBC Nationals tournament in All Events.

Daron Hansen:
Daron bowled one league in Minneapolis, ending with a 244 average for 78 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  He rolled five 800 series, the highest being an 825.  Daron also had one 300 game this season.  Among Minneapolis bowlers, Daron was third in the Minneapolis City tournament in All Events, finished second inthe State All Events, finished in the top ten in the State Singles event, was fourth at the USBC Nationals in All Events and second in Singles.

Matt McNiel:
Matt bowled one Minneapolis league, finishing with the high average in the city, a 250 average for 68 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. Matt rolled nine 800 series this season, the highest being an 879 which was the highest series shot in Minneapolis in the 2015-2016 season.  He also had 7-300 games. Matt placed 3rd for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Masters, 5th in the MN Masters and was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the 2016 USBC National tournament.

John Hommes:
John bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average in each of them; his highest being a 223 for 87 games at Zimmerman Bowl.  John was 6th for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the city tournament and placed 5th for Minneapolis bowlers in Singles at the State tournament and 6th in All Events.

Matt Paine:
Matt bowled in two Minneapolis leagues and averaged 237 for 116 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.   He rolled three 300 games in Minneapolis and placed second among Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Masters tournament.  Matt bowled well at the USBC National tournament, placing 6th for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and first in the Singles event.

Chuck Vashaw:
Chuck bowled in one Minneapolis league, averaging 230 for 60 games at Texa-Tonka lanes. He finished second among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament and was in the top 10 in the Singles event.  Chuck was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the State tournament.

John Foss:
John bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average in the city, a 251 for 69 games at River City Extreme.  He bowled four 800 series and 7 300 games in Minneapolis.  John finished among the top ten Minneapolis bowlers at the State tournament in All Events and was 3rd in the State Singles event.

Dave Mitchell:
Dave bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with the top average of 227 for 72 games at Louisville Lanes.  He finished sixth among Minneapolis bowlers at the State tournament in All Events and fifth at the USBC Nationals in All Events.

Brent Neumann:
Brent bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with a 222 average for 78 games at Medina Lanes.  He bowled two 800 series and three 300 games.  Brent finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers at the City tournament in both All Events and Singles and finished in the top 5 at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Sam Lantto:
Sam bowled in two Minneapolis leagues and finished the season with a 239 average for 75 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  He rolled two 800 series in Minneapolis during the season.  Sam finished 3rdamong Minneapolis bowlers at the City Tournament in the Singles event and 3rd for Minneapolis bowlers at the Minnesota Masters tournament.

Julie Patnode:
Julie bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, ending with a 218 average for 116 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She bowled eight 700 series in league and finished in the top 10 among Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the Women’s City Tournament.  Julie was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events at both the State and Women’s National tournaments.  She also was 3rd in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Kayla Pashina:
Kayla bowled two leagues in Minneapolis, finishing with the top average in Minneapolis, a 229 for 68games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. She bowled 17 700 series.  Kayla finished in the top 10 for Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles in the Women’s City Tournament and was fourth in All Events at the State tournament.   Kayla won the Minneapolis Queens tournament and competed in the National Queens tournament.

Lisa Noor:
Lisa bowled in three Minneapolis leagues, finishing with a 213 average for 87 games at Country Club Lanes.She bowled two 300 games during the year.  Lisa finished third for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the Women’s City Tournament and finished second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State tournament. Lisa finished third for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Queens tournament.

Kris bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with a 214 average for 84 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She rolled one 300 game and five 700 series.  Kris was in the top five Minneapolis bowlers in the Women’s City tournament in both All Events and Singles.  She was sixth in both All Events and Singles at the State tournament and was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Queens tournament.  Kris was also the highest Minneapolis bowler in the 600 tournament.

Sara Ullman:
Sara bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a high average of 210 for 60 games at AMF Southtown Lanes.   She was the fourth highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events in the Women’s City tournament and was third in Singles.  Sara placed fourth for Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Queens tournament and was the top Minneapolis bowler in the 700 tournament.

Michelle bowled two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a high average of 204 for 69 games at AMF Southtown Lanes.  She shot one 700 series.  Michelle finished second for Minneapolis bowlers in the Women’s City tournament and sixth in All Events.  She finished in the top five at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Deb Lantto:
Deb bowled one league in Minneapolis, averaging 219 for 81 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. She had nine 700 series.  Deb finished fifth for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and fourth in Singles at the State Tournament.

Jessica Miller:
Jessica bowled one Minneapolis league, averaging 211 for 100 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.   She bowled three 700 series.  Jessica was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events in the Minneapolis City Tournament and finished in the top 10 in the Singles event.  She finished second for Minneapolis bowlers inthe Singles event at the State Tournament.

Elizabeth Smith:
Elizabeth bowled one league in Minneapolis, finishing with a 214 average for 60 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She bowled two 300 games, one 700 series and shot an 804 series.  Elizabeth finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles at the State Tournament.

Minneapolis 2016-2017 Men’s All City Team

Jason Craigen:
Jason bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with a 243 average for 120 games at Texa-Tonka lanes. He bowled four800 series and five 300 games. Jason was the highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Minneapolis City tournament and finished in fifth in the Singles event.  He was the fourth highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the State tournament and was in the top 10 in Singles.  Jasonfinished third in the Minneapolis Masters and fifth in the Minnesota Masters tournament.

Matt McNiel:
Matt bowled one league in Minneapolis, ending with a 244 average for 72 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  Herolled two 800 series this season, the highest being an 868 which was also the highest series shot in Minneapolis this season. Matt shot seven 300 games. Among Minneapolis bowlers, Matt was sixth in All Events at the City tournament, third in All Events at the State tournament and was the highest Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the USBC National tournament.He finished second at the Minnesota Masters tournament.

John bowled in two Minneapolis leagues and averaged 238 for 96 games at Blainbrook Bowl.  He bowled one 800 series and one 300 game.  John was second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State tournament and finished fifth in the Minneapolis Masters tournament.  He also finished in the top 5 at the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Ethan Frank:
Ethan bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with a 235 average for 96 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  Ethan was second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the USBC National tournament.  He was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the Minneapolis Master tournament and was sixth in the Minnesota Masters.

Keith Coolidge:
Keith bowled in one Minneapolis league, averaging 239 for 93 games at Blainbrook Bowl.  He bowled one 800 series and one 300 game.  Keith finished fourth among Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournamentand won the Minneapolis Masters tournament.

Brian Long:
Brian bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average in the city, a 249 for 96 games at Andover Lanes.  He bowled seven 800 series and three 300 games in league play.

Kevin DeLozier:
Kevin bowled in one Minneapolis league, averaging 218 for 90 games at Tuttle’s Lanes.  He finished thirdamong Minneapolis bowlers in Singles in the City Tournament and at the State tournament he was second in the Singles event and in the top 10 in All Events.

Sam Lantto:
Sam bowled in one Minneapolis Sport league, finishing with a 212 average for 104 games at Country Club Lanes.  He bowled two 800 series and three 300 games; one of those 300s was during a tournament.  Sam finished third for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City tournament and was in the top 10 at the Minnesota Masters tournament.

David Pashina:
David bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a 231 average for 84 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  He rolled two 800 series and two 300 games in Minneapolis during the season.  David was fifth for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City tournament and was in the top 10 for Singles.  He finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers at both the Minneapolis Masters and the Minnesota Masters tournaments.

She placed second for Minneapolis bowlers inAll Events at the State tournament and 4th in Singles.  Lisa was also the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the Women’s National tournament.

Michelle was the second highest Minneapolis bowler in the MN Queens tournament.

Amy Martin:  Amy bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, both at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She finished with the top average in each of them, a 215 for 81 games and a 209 for 78 games.  During the season she rolled one 700 series.  Amy was the top Minneapolis bowler in both All Events and Singles in the Women’s State Tournament.

Camille Kohner: Camille bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a high average of 201 for 80 games at AMF Southtown Lanes.   She was the highest Minneapolis bowler in Singles in the Women’s City tournament and finished in the top 10 for All Events.  Camille was the top Minneapolis bowler in the MN Queen’s Tournament.

Dawn King:  Dawn bowled one league in Minneapolis, finishing second in average with a 192 for 87 games at Ham Lake Lanes. She finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in All Events andSingles in the Women’s City Tournament.

Nicole Reese:  Nicole bowled one Minneapolis league, averaging 217 for 112 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.   She bowled five 700 series.  Nicolefinished among the top 10 Minneapolis bowlersin All Events in the Minneapolis City Tournament and also had top 10 finished in All Events and Singles in the Women’s State Tournament.Deb Lantto:  Deb bowled in one league in Minneapolis, finishing with the top average of 224 for 116 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes.  She bowled seven 700 series.  Deb finished in the top 10 Minneapolis bowlers in the Singles event in the Women’s CityTourn

Matt McNiel:  Matt bowled in one league in Minneapolis, finishing with the highest average in the city, a 251 for 96 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. He rolled four 800’s in league and six 300’s. Matt was the top Minneapolis bowler in All Events at the City tournament and finished in the top 10 in Singles. He placed third for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State tournament.  Matt also had top finishes at the Minneapolis and the Minnesota Masters tournaments.

Tyler Kurkowski:  Tyler bowled in three Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average in two of them.  He averaged 233 for 84 games at Classic Bowl and 224 for 81 games at Blainbrook Bowl.  Tyler had one 800 series and two 300 games.  He finished second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the State tournament and first in the Singles event.

John Hommes:  John bowled in two Minneapolis leagues, finishing with the top average of 232 for 90 games at Bowlero Bowl Blaine and a 223 for 90 games at Blainbrook Bowl. He bowled one300 game.  John finished in the top ten Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City Tournament was the third highest Minneapolis bowler at the USBC Nationals in the Singles event.

Keith Coolidge:  Keith bowled in one Minneapolis league, finishing with the top average of 239 for 93 games at Blainbrook Bowl.  He bowled one 800 series and two 300 games.Keith was the top Minneapolis bowler in Singles in the City Tournament and finished in the top 10 for All Events.  He also was one of the top Minneapolis bowlers in the Minneapolis Masters tournament.

Hank McNeely:  Hank bowled in one Minneapolis league, ending with the high average of 213 for 87 games at New Hope Bowl.  He had top 10 finishes for Minneapolis bowlers in both All Events and Singles in the City tournament and finished in the top 10 for All Events at the State tournament.

Men’s Honorable Mention Team

Brent Neumann:  Brent bowled in three leagues in Minneapolis. His high average was 231 for 75 games at Medina Entertainment Center. He bowled three 300 games. Brent was the top Minneapolis bowler in the State Tournament in All Events.  He also was the top finisher in the Minneapolis 700 tournament.

Bryan Thelen:  Bryan bowled two Minneapolis leagues, ending with a high average of 240 for 87 games at Texa-Tonka Lanes. He bowled five 800 series and one 300 game.  Bryan finished second for Minneapolis bowlers in All Events at the City tournament.

Dennis Bradley:  Dennis bowled one league in Minneapolis, averaging 231for 75 games at AMF Southtown Lanes. He finished in the top ten Minneapolis bowlers in All Events and Singles at the City Tournament.
