• Earned St. Paul Women’s City Queen and All-City Team honors in 2018 and 2019
• Won Minneapolis Women’s City Championship Team Actual titles in 2019 and 2020
• Won Minnesota State Women’s Championship Team Actual titles in 2018, 2019, and 2021
• Helped establish a Minnesota State team scoring record of 2,075 in 2021
• Earned Greater St. Paul Youth All-City Team and Princess honors from 1999–2003
• Represented Junior Team USA from 2003–2006
• Represented Team USA from 2004–2007
• Earned numerous international medals at the Tournament of the Americas, American Zone Championships, World Tenpin Team Cup, and International Youth Friendship Tournament
• Won eight Tournament of the Americas gold medals between 2003 and 2005
• Member of the University of Nebraska’s 2004 and 2005 NCAA championship teams
• Named the 2005 NCAA Bowling Championship Most Outstanding Player
• Three-time NTCA First-Team All-American from 2005–2007
• Named the 2007 NTCA Division I Player of the Year
• Received the University of Nebraska Hero Leadership Award in 2007
• Named the 2004 USBC Alberta E. Crowe Star of Tomorrow
• Inducted into the Minnesota Junior Bowlers Tour Hall of Fame in 2019

• Recorded five USBC 300 games and two additional 300 games on sport conditions
